Our Roots

Every great journey begins with a meaningful story. For us, it starts with love —love for family, love for our pets, and the memories that shape who we are.

Our business, Little Red Dog Partners, was born from the deep connection we shared with two cherished souls: our Nana, a remarkable women full of warmth, wisdom, and strength, and our first beloved pet, a spirited miniature dachshund who became the heart of our home.

Nana was a remarkable woman. She had a way of turning simple moments into lifelong memories. One of her most endearing habits was giving affectionate nicknames to those she loved — including our dachshund, whom she lovingly called her “little red dog.” The name stuck, capturing not only her fiery coat but also the spark of joy she brought into her life and ours.

Not long ago, we faced a difficult time. Nana passed away, leaving behind a legacy of love, laughter, and strength. Around the same time, our little red dog, now growing older, became very sick. It was a bittersweet reminder of how fleeting yet impactful life can be. But even in those moments of hardship, we felt an overwhelming sense of gratitude — for the love we built, the memories we shared, and the lessons we learned together.

That’s when the idea for Little Red Dog Partners came to life. We wish to honor both our furry companion and Nana because they continue to be an integral part of our hearts and lives. This business isn’t just about what we do — it’s about who we are. It’s a tribute to Nana’s wisdom and kindness and a way to preserve the legacy of our little red dog, who continues to inspire us with her resilience and spirit.

Through Little Red Dog Partners, we hope to create something meaningful—a legacy of love, connection, and service that celebrates the bonds that shape us. It’s our way of ensuring their stories live on, woven into everything we do, and shared with the world.

INSPIRATIONAL STORY

The Little Red Dog and Nana’s Wisdom

Each morning before sunrise, Nana stood at the bottom of the stairs and gently called, “Send down the little red dog so we can play.” Without fail, I’d send the puppy—an adorable creature with a coat as amber as a sunrise.

As Charlee the dog bounced down the stairs, the joy was contagious. She would dart around in circles, looking up at nana with those big brown eyes, without hesitation. Nana with her years of wisdom, would smile and say, “You see, young lady, we need to start each day off with love, loyalty, and happiness. Just like the little red dog, you must carry this with you in everything you do—ready to share your heart with the world, no matter the obstacles you face.”

And so, I listened.

The little red dog’s unspoken message was clear: approach each interaction with joy, trust that the right people will come to you, and above all, offer your love and loyalty to those who need it most. In my business, just like Charlee, I strive to begin each day with a sense of purpose and commitment. Much like Nana cared for the little red dog each morning, I also aspire to conduct my work with the same unwavering devotion and joy.

As Nana always said, “A day started with a happy heart is a day that is never forgotten.”
